State-of-the-Art Production Facility
Our newly-built wine production space is outfitted with everything required to produce premium wines. We offer fruit chilling, sorting, delicate pressing and de-steming, various sizes of open and closed top tanks with hot and cold glycol chilling, gentle pumping or bulldog wine movements, plate and frame and Crossflow filtration, Brite tank sparkling wine capabilities, canning and kegging capabilities, a full service lab, and above all well-trained sets of eyes for cleanliness, quality control, and stylistic preferences.
Our laboratory is equipped with a broad selection of fine-tuned and precise equipment: spectrophotometer, Anton Paar, densitometers, autotitrator, turbidimeter, carbodoseur, and more.
